I was employed by Seabourn Cruise Line in 2009 as a Cruise Sales Specialist and won numerous awards for being the top sales consultant.
I have always worked within the hospitality industry and always had a passion for the travel industry.
While working for Seabourn I was privileged enough to travel to all 7 continents. I have visited well over 100 countries and often get asked what is my favourite destination.
Narrowing down my all-time favourite destination choices is very difficult; a handful of places will always stand out. My personal favourite cruise is Antarctica, followed by Norway and Alaska. I enjoy the spectacular wildlife and beauty of scenic cruising. My favourite ports to sail into is Cape Town, Sydney and San Francisco.
What I love about cruising is that there really is a cruise line for all budgets and that it is by far the most enjoyable way to travel between countries. The cruise industry continues to grow and grow, and guests are continually looking for that next “new” cruise destination or the next ultimate luxury river, ocean or expedition ship.

After graduating from University with a degree in Hospitality Management, I followed the footsteps of my sister- to work on a luxury cruise line. I worked for four years in Housekeeping; starting at the bottom being a stewardess and I worked myself up to Assistant Housekeeper.
I now am the Executive Assistant for Global Luxury Cruises.
My favourite destinations to visit are definitely Antarctica and Norway. You don’t feel the cold, dry air in Antarctica as you are mesmerized by the beauty of the most Southern Continent. The experience to see thousands of king penguins in South Georgia, that is not even a meter away from you, are memories that will stay with you forever. Norway on the other hand is lush green, with thousands of fjords along the coast. The towns that we stopped at included Bergen that has colourful wooden houses, Honningsvag (Nordkapp) the northernmost point of Europe and Flam with the most expensive gelato but also the yummiest gelato.
